About the Workshop

In this workshop, we will explore the diverse world of spices, examining their unique properties and health benefits. You will learn the optimal cooking techniques to preserve and enhance their healing qualities, all while preparing a delicious three-course meal. The focus of the workshop is on using food as medicine, empowering you to harness the therapeutic potential of ingredients in your everyday cooking.

We will cook together 3 meals - a starter, a main course and a dessert, and after will enjoy the dinner together.
