The Future of Social Media - free workshop

Welcome to næctar's first workshop! We’re a community of likeminded people who have an interest in everything wholesome, authentic and inspirational. We introduce you to local "næctar superheroes": Everyday people doing extraordinary things here to share their inspirational life paths and stories. The purpose is to bring you closer to finding, following and fulfilling your life's purpose by introducing you to those who have found theirs. Join us for this 2 hour interactive workshop and come a step closer to your most authentic self.

This in person workshop is aimed at creating new connections while discovering more about how we each can make social media platforms a more wholesome and authentic place. The evening will consist of creating a safe space for you to share your own experiences with social media platforms (whether good or bad), get to know each other through quick and fun "get to know me" exercises as well as hearing from two Copenhagen based "næctar heroes" and their stories so far.

We will finish the evening with a wrap up of our learnings, having made new inspiring connections and having enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere of one of Copenhagen's most beloved places: Café OHA.

About our næctar heroes:

Jeena - A musician, sound therapist and founder of Aurras. Jeena has joined næctar as an inspirational speaker back in November 2023 "to connect and build community with people who have a common interest in the holistic world and to connect with listeners and viewers to get an understanding of their needs whether it’s for artistic reasons or for their well-being". She is hosting regular sound healing session at places like Monopol and Soho House in Copenhagen.

Emily - A yoga teacher and plant based nutritionist. Emily has joined næctar as an inspirational speaker as recently as January 2024 because she is passionate about connecting with people. She believes that there is a need to live more mindfully in our society and she wants to help people learn what that means. When she is not doing næctar calls, Emily can be seen teaching yoga at Iluma Yoga and Nordic Health House in Copenhagen.
