ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

DELIVERY
Delivery orders are subject to various conditions, including delivery area, restaurant availability, and order amount. Cafe OHA aims to deliver orders close to the requested time but does not guarantee delivery times.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Customers have a 24-month right to complain, and complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time, i.e., within 2 months of discovering any errors or defects.

CARDHOLDER INFORMATION
During the order process, the Cardholder will be required to provide name, address, and telephone number.
